What we collect
We collect only what you give us through the contact and early-access form: name, email address, company, website, country, expected shipping volume and your message. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and operation.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer your request, to offer you early access to our platform and to keep this website secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The contact page sets one functional session cookie that protects the form against abuse; it is deleted when you close your browser.
AI processing in our product
Inside the KodlaGönder platform, some features use Claude, an AI model provided by Anthropic, to process shipment data on our behalf. We send only the data needed for each task. No AI processing happens on this public website.
How long we keep it
Form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, and for at most 2 years after our last contact unless the law requires longer.
Your rights (KVKK & GDPR)
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, you may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, object to processing and request data portability. Send your request to info@kodlagonder.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
